How to Buy?

Follow the below mentioned easy and simple steps for a hassle-free buying procedure on Your Online Trade Center, JustBuySell.com.

• Choose the Best Suitable Products from our various pre-defined categories and sub- categories by simply clicking on BUY tab at top of the site or you can Use the Search & Advance Search options at below the Buy tab to save your time and effort.

• Your desired product list is now, in front of you. After choosing the right product and checking its core details, click on the Product Photo or Product Title, which you want to buy.

• Check all the details thoroughly, which is mentioned by the seller about the product. Then check the billing state of the seller according to your living area and VAT options as per your billing state.

• Enter the required quantity and click on <buy> button located as footer on the same page.

• On the very next page, you need to accept the contract between buyer and seller and enter the transaction password and then click on <Continue>.

• When you click on <Buy> Button then Our System check your JustBuySell account’s balance, as this balance help you to pay the reserved amount for the product you have placed the order. (The full payment will be released to the supplier only after you confirm satisfactory receipt for your order).  If you do not have adequate balance in your JustBuySell account then your order will be declined, so before buying anything please ensure that your JustBuySell account must have sufficient balance for successful & uniterrupted buying.

• The moment you click on <Continue> button, your JustBuySell account will be debited equals to the reserved amount of the product and you will receive your order id and your supplier’s complete contact details via email, sms and on the next screen.

• Now, you have to pay the remaining amount against the order you have placed within 5 days to save your order to forfeiting.

• To submit the remaining amount, you need to go to My Activities> My Actions > My Buying> go to your order id and click on Pay Now from drop down menu.

• As soon as our system confirmed that you made the full payment, the seller will deliver the goods within the promised time to you (buyer). Once the delivery has done by Seller and confirmed by you to us , then you (buyer) have 24 hours for verifying the product as it is according to the description or not.

• In case the delivered product is not as per the description, then you can raise the dispute in our dispute console section against the supplier and the payment of the seller will be ceased and our dispute resolution team will solve the dispute between you and the supplier as Customer satisfaction is our main priority. Our system will auto transfer all the payment for the purchased product to the seller’s JustBuySell account, if we found no dispute within 24 hours from buyer.
